Players saying false stuff about @Scorto7

After being offline for kind of a while, I come online finding players saying, "Bomb Game prize ex. Cat and angels." So, I click on it thinking it is legit. Well, when i come there i see a scam in play, the old trick the vend and food. I tell the owner to take it down or I will get a mod. Then he says, "Scorto7 said we can do this." There are alot of people doing it. Now if I am not mistaken, I am pretty sure he wouldn't say that, because he is supposed to obey all rules and like 8 months ago horus posted a dissusion saying miraculous players games or something, Discussing bomb games with payaway is illegal. So.... what are your thoughts on this? Oh yeah picture of droplets saying scorto7 said it.
PS: I will try to link the disscussion if i can find it.

I do know there was a player who made an account with that name, but he is in fact not the mod. Maybe it was that one.
Are bomb games skill or luck based?
In the end I think we left it up to player choice.
You know the risks of those games. So play at your own risk.
Its simple you see a 2nd life vend, then don't play.
Kewberth touches on it here in this thread

;)
Why have we done this? This new rule is being added because, while some games may be fair and fun, the majority, unfortunately, have been tricks used to cheat and steal from other players. There have been fake prizes, non-returnable entry fees, and other tricks used to cheat players out of their cubits or items. If you'd like to give away some items, please do it for free.
From this day onward, our moderators will start giving out warnings for breaking the new rule.

The rule has been updated with its final wording, and is now included in our Terms of Service.

"The terms of service already ban malicious games. If the games are maliciously being used to trick people mods are free to shut them down now. I'm not inclined towards new hard rules... there's always some new twist to chase to get around the last rule.
The terms of service also point out that you should only agree to play games hosted by players you know and trust.
I quote...
Moderators or admins may choose to shut these events down at their discretion if they determine the event to be malicious. We would encourage players not to join such contests unless they know the organizers well and trust them. You join at your own risk. "
"If you don't know the person, then you're taking a risk. So the answer is.. if it's a stranger then you don't know. If it's a friend you've had in game for a long time and someone you trust, then it's still not a guarantee, but most of the time you'll probably be ok."
Tip: if one of the prizes is worth 1-2K+ and theirs a vend it's usually a scam.
Don't buy from these games.
Don't host these games.
If u don't know them, don't play.
Its super simple. You press the door, and leave.
I will explain what it means. It means if you know you will win then buy it but if you know you are not going to win, then don't buy it. Simple.
