If parents are allowing kids to like play or use social media under the age of 13 its obviously bad parenting. And there are THIUSANDS of games with kids under the age of 13 even if they have to be higher. So im oretty sure it'll be fiiiine

no their not, that law applies to kids who are going against their parents consent

They are breaking a federal law. The law is in place for the safty of the children. Parents probably don't know this law.
