Never heard of anyone dealing with that.
I get that on PC sometimes, not always, but when it happens and I check after it's done, nothing has happened

Hmmm... Weird. It only happened to me once. I think its for the update 1.6.4. The update now makes the rehydrator perk work.

ERM, I didn't get any updates...I Still have the 1.6.2 version on my PC and phone lol

The 1.6.4 was to fix some users' problems with textures.
