Cost of a room

Hello Cubic Castle. I want to ask something related to the calculation of the cost of the room. The image above shows the size and cost of a room. Maybe this is just plain mediocre, but I saw something that made me confused. Above shows the size of "5 x 5" and the fee is "150". If we multiply 5 by 5, then the result is 25. The ratio between the area of the room and the room cost is 25: 150 or can be simplified to 1: 6 (1.66 ...). Surprisingly, the comparison between the spacious room "297" with the cost of room "714" is not equal to a value above (297: 714 = 1.4159 ...). Is there an equation to get the cost of a realm? I hope admins and mod can answer this question. thanks.

The bigger the room/realm, the larger the fee.
IMO, this is due to server consumption.
Edit.
Here was the old post: http://forums2.cubiccastles.com/index.php?p=/discussion/877/realm-room-prices-to-rise-soon#latest

The final price is 15(Width+Depth) up to 25(Width+Depth) and not determined by Width×Depth. To calculate how many times the Width+Depth is multiplied, divide the Width+Depth by 20 (finding the average÷10) and round it down to the integer both closest and smaller than it (unless itself is an integer), then add 15 to it.
Example:
Given the room is 56×87,
[(56+87)÷20]+15≈22
22(56+87)=3146 Cubits
