No offense to admins. But I think it'll end on 1st of November but knowing their history on events/contests/packs (Raffle included) they never end on the date they say it'll end =/ It'll probably be out for 4 weeks. Which is rubbish and ruins the event.

I just wish events and packs only last for the week the holiday is in, not for the full month

Seriously? Just because you want to be able to sell high??? Is that always the reason to keep things out of a pack? It's always the main excuse for this kind of stuff.
