Can’t load the game?

My internet’s pretty fast but I’ve been unable to play the game for a while. I play the game on my iPhone 11 and I thought it needed to be updated and I’ve also noticed that the game is no longer on the app store? I’m not sure what’s going haha I just started playing again after a little over a year.

same issue is happening to me today! I was playing cc normally then I go to enter my realm and it doesn't load so I close the game and retry but it can't get passed the "reconnecting..." loading screen. Same thing is happening to my phone too and it was working perfectly fine this morning o-o

Yeah I suggest not going to any realms if you aren’t stuck yet. If you go into a realm that’s on server 14 your account will get stuck on reconnecting and you won’t be able to use your account until the server is back up.

Although, it looks to me that the lobby is on that server. So basically everyone on the game is in trouble.

If you have discord go into the bot commands and type .status, you can then check if you so need to do.

States around two hours. Looks like nobody is going to be playing Cubic Castles, only the waiting game. And the servers are busy for that game too!
