New Non-Foggy Light Snow Stamp

I started a build a few years ago with a Santa's workshop, and I am finally close to completing it. When I tried out the light snow stamp, to see how the build looks, I realized that I could see nothing since the fog was covering it all, and I was pretty bummed out. So I would suggest a light snow stamp where the snow falls as normal, and the skies are clear? But maybe that's just a Me problem ^.^"
