"Downloading new content."

So I just spent around 10 minutes downloading new content. When I went to check for patch notes I couldn't find anything. Could someone enlighten me? And or direct me to where I can find a change/add list.

    It isn't rlly new content.. it's usually just bug fixes.

    It Happened To Me:

    Most Of The Time Downloading content appears when your internet is to slow.

    Or It Appears On Bug Fixes As well.
