    I'm not sure what you mean by shout in chat. Do you mean the yellow text that appears sometimes?

    That is called a holla, and it can be purchased in the cubit store. You get 4 hollas per pack.

    When you have a holla you can "shout" by starting your message with holla.

    Also, if you want an option to let people warp to you, type "hollawarp" instead.

    Is the "shout" you mentioned not a holla?
    It may be:
    Admin Broadcast
    Moderator Broadcast
    Whisper
    Blue Writing by mods
    Clan Broadcast

    Or...
    Just caps lock spam xD
