No this wand isint glitches because if u check wands in the cubic castles shop,nock back wands have 2k uses! And this guy is trying to fool others.

Crafted wands have 1.5k charge, the real glitched ones have like 2k+ to 15k charge

Just an old mechanic, back awhile ago, when you crafted max at last stage of wand crafting it would multiply all the charges into one wand instead of making the according number of wands.

But yeah knockback come with 1500 when crafted and 2000 when purchased.
Maybe he isn't aware of the discrepancy.
