help me with this unexpected error...

i have been having this error when i try to launch website version:C:\Program Files\Cubic Castles\Cubic.exeC:\Program Files\Cubic Castles\Cubic.exeCubic1.6.50001:00018B440001:000CF8930001:001B5B6A0001:001A61A40001:0004DE1C0001:0006299B0001:0006296E

and this error when i launch steam version:C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Cubic Castles\Cubic.exeC:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Cubic Castles\Cubic.exeCubic1.6.50001:00018C640001:000CF7130001:001B5CDA0001:001A60C40001:0004DE1C0001:0006299B0001:0006296E

so i tried everything, like deleting cubic folder from %appdata% and i tried reinstalling the game...
i contacted support and while they are looking into it, they told me to post this so you guys can maybe help me.
