    The criteria to receive the 5k was that you could only claim it with one account you own, you had to be over level 10, and you had to have logged in at least 1 week before the cubits were given.

    also maybe someone else used your ip adress when the 5k was given away? since the 5k can only be given once per ip adress

    I didn't receive anything either and I'm lvl 57 and on everyday xD
    (im fine without it tho, this game is a gift itself) :P
