someone cant get on forums, any help?

a player called @zakiyp8 tried to register for the forums 2 months ago but it didnt send an email to his mail, after that he tried again but again nothing. then he sended a ticket to ask why it didnt work but they didnt react too, 2 months later still no reaction on it..... maybe any help? he wants to join forums badly

AND I DONT THINK ASKING SUPPORT AGAIN HELPS (he tried it again for 2 weeks ago but also no reply)

You cannot register on this forums, it's an integrated system with the game. If you have a Cubic Castles account, just add an email in-game and use your username and password here. ("?" icon next to username/pass in main menu - add email)

If your friend already did that, he most likely linked his email to another game account and logged in at least once to the forums with it. Now he's trying to bind it again... and it fails. Switching his email address will fix it.

he says when he linked his account ingame to his email the game sayed that it should send an confirmation link in his email, but he didnt get that one after 2 months....

I don't think you ever get that confirmation email, must be a broken feature. @CosmicCow

Binding however, does work. If he logs into the forums using his CC username and password, he'll be able to log in. Doesn't matter if the email came through or not.
