Did not recieve cubits

I bought cubits yesterday (19.99 for 50,000) cubits. Once it was loading the purchase, it errored out and said no cubits would come and account would not be charged. I checked my account and it was charged but still havnt recieved any cubits. I do have a screenshot of the reciept that was emailed to me.

I did leave a contact request after 30 mins after issue and this morning.. whats the avg wait time for response?

The average wait time is about 24h or less I think.
