most people would probably deny a friend request since they don't know why you add them. What if you can add an optional P.S message to send on why you added them so they might accept and you can take care of a trade, etc!!!

That would be used for spam. Or worse, bullying.
Maybe it could cost 50C for a pack of 10 optional friend request messages?
