The Plasms aren't in the cc recipes... Now I find this quiet strange because how come the ecto containment, ghost gate, full plasms gates are in there, but not the ACTUAL ghosts? If possible could you please add to it? Thanks

They're not there for a reason. It's an event, you're supposed to figure out how to find these and what each one of them looks like yourself.
