Quest 'Eagle's Egg' not working

Ok so I managed to buy quest pack and did the Queen Festival Quests but the subquest (don't know what it's called) 'Eagle's Egg' won't work. maybe a bug but idk

    You have to be on the inside edge of the tree top. I had this issue as well. It's got a weird range for completion. >.<
