Can't use my google play account to buy cubits

I just bought a £10 google play voucher on my own account to buy 20k but i cant switch to my account to buy the cubits. Please help

I do. I can't switch from my mums account to my own account with the money

You need to remove all accounts and left one. I think it will work if you try to remove all account.
