IOS merging comments

IOS merging comments are not avalible to me under the "Edit Tab", along with the karma bank not being able to be found.

I have not had a problem finding these on the computer version of this website but on here I have not been able to do either one.

    Merging topics is a moderator function and not available to anyone else.
    Just edit one of the posts and ask the staff to delete the other one.

    Karma bank can be made visible if you switch over to full site version(the link to do that is on the bottom of the page).
