Message on Official Sign

When you take a good look at the black official sign, you can see that there is some upside down text. The message reads:

ɟɟnʇs ʇoɥ
sᴉɥʇ pɐǝɹ

(Read this
hot stuff)

What?! That makes no sense whatsoever. Did the devs just grab a file off the internet to be used as a "sprite" in their own game?

My theory on that one is yes, because they would have otherwise not turned the sign upside down.

Has this been posted or commented on before? I'm still confused

This has been pointed out before :) It's not calling you the reader 'Hot Stuff'.

I had suspected there was already another post on this, just couldn't find it. I would be shocked and appalled if they were (although they wouldn't be wrong ;)
