Can't pick up the door

A freind of mine gifted me a room but it was a placed one. When I was using it I pulled my pet but it got stuck between the door and the problem is that I cant pick up the door and I wouldlike2 know why and how to overcome the problem. Also my freind hasnt been online fr like 2 weeks

    I think they changed it so that only the original owner of a realm/room can move the door.
