Everytime i try to login to my account it keep saying starting game,But it never get started

Check your internet, is it okay or not
Then if it's okay try to relaunch game, then if it still not working try to reinstall the game, if it still not working try to restart your device, if this isn't working try to contact support at support.cubiccastles.com

before restarting your device shut down and turn on laptop though. It may mean that the cpu or/and ram storage is 100%. (It means LAG)
