New Helper Tag

You may have noticed a new staff tag for a "helper". What is a helper? It's a new tag we're trying for players who want to help out in the game. Why not just make them mods? A few reasons. The mod role can be difficult. Because mods enforce game rules they are sometimes targeted by players who get angry at them. Also giving a player the ability to enforce rules is a difficult thing to do for us when we don't know all the players very well. It takes time to get to know someone and know if they'd be a good fit.
The helper tag, in theory (it's new! we don't know how it will work out yet) lets us add people who want to help more easily and gives us a pool of people who we can get to know that may one day want to become mods if they enjoy the helper role. It also just adds more help to the game for new players. Some helpers may not want to be mods but are happy just to help new players learn how to play or deal with problems they may be having, and the tag lets players know that they are willing to help out.
