So, recently my girlfriend moved to my house and we share the same internet connection, if we bump into event bumpers during events (for example, Ram raffle) does that count as cheating? She never put her account to my phone.

Hardware IP is used to dissociate different devices using the same IP address. And now that you've said it here, no worries about your girlfriend taking part in the event! :)
