Cubic Time Always on Display

For reports & in urgent situations having to type an extra command and also having to keep chat on showing can be quite clunky and I think there should be a toggleable option to have Cubic Time always on display on some part of the screen instead of having to type /time.

    Some people might run into performance issues if its updating constantly. Idk but a good idea overall.

    It doesn't have to sync up to the server every second, say like every 5 minutes or even longer, it shouldn't get too desynced if it's just incremented every second between those sync points. And well that's also why I suggested it being a toggleable option.
