why does trick or treat description is diferent in cubit store?

in this event you can eat the ultimate candy before the event ends to get the golden maks, but, in cc store it says that the candys will only become eatable once the fall update takes place

That was how old Trick or Treat event used to work, last time we can only eat the Ultimate Candy only after Halloween is ended(more specifically, when Fall update is here), but they seem to allow us to eat and get the prize right away this year.
