Dork mobile, shall i buy?

I belive dork mobile is a good item to buy, it can provide speed, efficency and fun to players. But there's alot of disadvantages! First it's too expensive to starter noobs about lv5 to lv12 who wants a dork but can't pay for it. I mean if ppl get 100 dollar pack it would be ez.
