Black screen

Happened to my cousin. He started up CC on his Samsung Galaxy Tab A and now he's stuck on a black screen. And not just any black screen. He can't exit the game or restart the phone. And this isn't the kind of phone where you can take out the battery without hassle. I've seen my share of problems in CC: crashes, glitches, lag, the keyboard issue.

And it just now fixed itself, gosh darn the kid's excited. Er...but it's still something that can happen. Maybe look into it? Idk, thanks.
