I cleared a survey recently, then it took me into another survey, then another survey and that consecutively, then i got bored and i went to check my cubits. Nothing! Empty! This is Bad.
Are you on android? If you are on android, take a screenshot first before u do a survey. After the survey wait atleast 12 hours to contact support. After 12 hours contact them, show your screenshot and wait for days. Then voila
As i said, everytime i clear one, it sends me into another survey, and when it's the time to check my reward, nothing, and TapJoy says it has not been completed.
