Ownership Papers & New Permission System

Ownership papers :-
Some people are really very good and creative at building and many have to buy there work but they cant bec we cant change the owner of the room/realme. I suggest that plz add ownership paper (working same as official paper).
new permission system :-
We ussually face a problem where we want to give just a specific permition to specific people only not to all. Many people want this in game.
For example :- if 2 peoples are partner in bussines so they both will have all permission but if a mew person comes and we want to give him just build permission we cant bec if we trusted him he will also have all permission and that we dont want.
So i request cubic castle team to modify the realme setup such a way so that we can give only specific permission to spcific peoples.
Edit :- plzz keep build and mine permission sperate
