Server Crashing / Constant Disconnects

The only reason I'm making this thread, is because when it happens its not just one of us disconnecting. Every player in the realm disconnects, and sometimes everyone on the server disconnects. So this obviously shouldn't be an issue on our end. So in the following screenshot you asked for more information.. so I started logging my disconnects when I thought of it.


I also would like to ask @everyone, who are willing, to also log their disconnects in the comments following a similar format. Please just edit your comment every time you crash instead of making new comments. I would like to get this issue fixed, so lets start logging this.
