Custom Textures, and the Guidelines

"19.modify any files or use any game hacking/altering/cheating software or tools,"
Cubic Castles guidelines states under §6, Restrictions, that the modification of files or any game hacking is prohibited. Legally, anybody who used custom textures, or found out you can edit the "NEWS" pop-up has violated the guidelines. This isn't very enforced, but can we get an exemption for custom textures?

we need support to custom textures like in minecraft where don't matter the version of the game, you always been allowed to put the same texture pack :(

I think they mean if you use the hacks to gain an advancement against others, changing textures doesn't harm anyone

Textures are files
