Possible in-game recorder system?

Why not have an ingame recording system? I believe it will be faster if we want to catch a scammer/upload a YouTube video. Could it also hide the camera, wand and controls button when a video is recorded? While the video is being recorded, the game UI is normal, but when video is done recorded it hides the UI In the actual video?

    This would be really useful - there are plenty of ways to record on your phone/pc, which are free, though.
    The devs could dedicate their time to something more important.
    Although I will admit, Android are not too great for their screen-recording :)
