Purche Of Cubits

So I parche 500k of cubits and they send the gmail to the iCloud but I dont recibe the cubits and it appear me that I buy it, I have proof I bought it and I want my cubits. Can someone help me , or I need to wait so they can appear ? This happend like 5 minutes ago.

    If it's been only 5 mins you gotta give it some time. If they aren't in your account in 48h I suggest you contact support. Someone send them the link I'm lazy

    do you remember perhaps if your game had to restart after buying the cubits? if so you most likely crashed during the purchase of the cubits, if you still havent gotten the cubits send a ticket to support with a screenshot of your buying confirmation and they should be able to transfer it to your account as soon as they confirmed its true
