I lost my account cause of data curruption

I lost my account my name was Boko123 and i didn't had a password. One Day, My battery got off then after I charged it I saw that my phone showed a message showing that your data needs to get currupted and it would not turn on if it doesn't gets currupted. I had to do it and I saw that cc was still there but I couldn't open it because the system showed that you need to unistall and download the app again to open the package. I had to do it TADA!!! I lost my account ! I created another one please help me get it back I had a lot of stuff in that account...

    contact support, they are the only ones that can eventually help, i am not even sure if they can help, but i hope for you that they can tie an pass to your account so that you can log in again
