Attractor perk has been broken for long enought.

Some of you may know about it, but for those who don't, the attractor perk has been kind of "funky" for a very, very long time. Basically if you have that perk on other perks, such as luck or miner, don't seem to work. This is due to the fact that activating the attractor perk somehow deactivates the other perks that have some effect during mining. I don't know if it was intended to work like this and other players told me that it was simply a glitch. A very annoying glitch.
I have no idea how long it would take to fix, but it's been this way for the entirety of its existance. A fix to the problem would be very appreciated by me and many other players.
