I can’t change my password

Hi i want to login on my old account and i Flickr i fortów my password because , i type my e-mail and i got e-mail with reset password and i click it on Cubic castles i type my new password in The change password and i save it i wait 10 minutes because i got saving account informations like 10 minutes i try again to reset , reinstall and nothing again saving account informations..... my old account is named: IBower
