Yea sometimes I glitches for me too.
I just rotate my device to landscape and it works!

It happens if you aren't on the full site, its been happening to me since these forums where released.

Yes, it may be because it is not the complete site. A suggestion, in case it still doesn't work. Why don't you change devices? From the photo, it seems that you accessed through the mobile, right? Well, maybe if you enter with another device (computer, tablet...) it will work. If the problem is not fixed, you can try this idea.
