Sometimes when I mine it does mining animation but block is still there and I do not have it in inventory. Maybe it's because of lag or I do not know.

That's lag on your connection, not a bug

I would try resetting your WIFI, turn the plug off. This will turn the wifi off in the house you are in as well! Some plugs, if you use Ethernet, might have a reset button.

I do not think so, my internet speed is around 50 - 100 mBytes per second and have also have ethernet, I can even watch 4k videos of scary spiders and snake cuz why not, so must be something with game
