Too many failed login attempts? Haven't tried logging in.

Was playing the game, reset it because it started to lag..and then as I go to log in it says....too many failed login attempts you are locked out for 1 hour! O.o what?

    It is not a bug, rather its a security feature.
    If you failed to type your login correctly, you will be locked out.
    However, if you did not do so incorrectly, then i would advise you to change your password immediately. Something long and complex providing that you can remember it.

    I think I found the issue. (If it's linked to I.P) the partner....got locked out for not remembering her password. This also however locked me out also. Wasn't sure if it was a bug or not so posted in this section.
