is it a room or a realm? if it's a room did you buy it from someone? if it's a realm, were you the original owner or someone else?

What is the realm name and directions to where the door is located?
Did you purchase the room in question from the cubit store?

Try to explore fahriyilmazturk.. and probably you can find a door which lead to that door easily if you're lucky enough... cause he has lots linked realm ;-;

I think it's Yakup and Fahriyil...'s room cause I visited Lots shared realms from fahriy....'s realm which connected each other..

Ok, i checked it out and it turns out to be somebody else's room and the realm setup was changed to "only me".

You will have to contact the original owner of the room.
However, if it's an alt and you are having issues accessing the account. You will have to contact support.
