Ring kicking bug - update

We restarted server.. You should in theory now NOT get kicked out of a realm when using launchrings. But its possible some new issue comes up etc... So let us know with a thread here if it hasn't helped.

There remains an issue where rings might not fire sometimes. That issue is not fixed yet.
