Fix something about plate & Ribbon( Click in for more information )

As you can see, some of the blocks can be replaced by another block..
For example : Plate, Cookie
Ppls will accident put block or anything on top if they not notice
So my suggestion is :

Make all of the blocks that can bee replaced by another block, won't be covered
uh sorry i speak Chinese more than English thats why grammar :V #Ripgrammar

Example :

Qbee 1 Place a plate on the table
Qbee 1 Accident put another block on the plate
And the plate missing

Just like mushroom/fern can covered too, maybe only decos won't be covered?

Second :

Ribbon ( the one that can craft )

When u placed you can't mine it,unless mine the block...fix/change this too??

About the ribbon, it's a block too, so why can't it be minable? :P

XD This idea is because Honey accident place a poison spike to kill his friend and covered his plate XD, thats why I suggest this
