saw a weird player in the mines

Vicomte is his name i think he's a bot

he's mining randomly and I'm talking to him but no response then i suddenly killed him and he does not complaint anything yet still continue to mine. and yesterday i saw him jumping just jumping forever

    Probally, yes. Using suto clicker is illegal, it makes unfair for everyone who uses their bare hands just to level up or whatever.
