how to make a jog machine

it was very easy,you can make a gym with it.

ingridients-wind machine,silver block,coal block,any other 6 block...
how to make?
first,put the 3coal block in the middle.Then,put 3 silver block at its left and right.After that,put the wind machine in front of the coal block.Lastly,put the block you want to fill the space around the wind machine.
How does it work?
Run on the coal block and the wind machine will push you,this is how it work....
hard mode:
change the coal block to snow block,and you try to run as fast as you could,it was very hard....even i have speed demon 5%,but i think level 3 speed demon(15%)could complete
