[Perk] ~The King of Wands~

This perk, usually achieved in levels around 25 and 30, allows you to carry.....
2 Wands at the same time!

If you're on mobile device, a second button will appear
If you're on PC, you can shoot the second wand with the ALT key. (Default)

This can be really useful, for example...:
-x2 Harm Wand Damage
-x2 Pushback
-Pushback + Heart = Life saver
-Pushback + Shrink = Deadly!
-Harm + Heart = Annoy people~

You can also wear double balloon/umbrella! :D

Not necessarily wand perk, brawny, extra heart, are also for other damage related things

I don't mean to seem rude, but I feel as though having two wands at once would just be too OP. Perks alone are powerful enough.
