You have to wait a while for support to reply back. It takes 12-24 hrs I think.

Actually it take up to 2 days sometimes if they dont replay send again.

Shady activities? Are you saying i've done things that can get me banned "2938" days all i've been doing in the game is buying and selling been afk most of the time and then yesterday i "tried" playing again and there i am was banned for the third time but 2 times were 2900+ days but were fixed

Motivation

Trading in game items for other currencies gets you banned as well.
