Lag when open Friendlist

A long time when open Friendlist my Smartphone got lagging & My phone is not able to press anything and I was forced to exit and enter

    That happens to me when my sis or stepdad is on my Xbox One. I guess it has to do with connection, even tho you may be 4 bars.
