My friend cant level up! (farm level)

Today, my friend Francisco.Jr harvested enough crops for level 1
BUT he didnt receive a perk and his farm level is at 100% to lv 1
he also used the command /perks

Also, i already told him to delete the app, but still, glicthed

Uh i encountered the bug, But after collecting ONE corp more it allowed me to lvl up, Its probably a calculation bug, just tell your friend to collect one more corp and it should update like my did.
