Where is my money for tapjoy?

Hi! As a new shopkeeper I've wanted to expand mine shop but 100x100 realm costs 5000 c. So i started doing tapjoy offerts. There was this offert "legacy of discort: furius wings reach lvl 10/14/20. For doing all 3 offers you get nearly 4000 c. Brilliant. I've installed the game played for a while got lvl 21 then logged to cubic castles. Nothing happend. So my question is:
-What should I do to get my money
This is realy important to me because I realy want to expand my shop

I don't think Cubic Castles has anything to do with Tapjoy offers, as it's completely different companies, but I assume you could report your problem in Tapjoy's main website instead and ask for any help there. :P
